We are faced with tremendous amounts of uncertainty! During these last couple years, we've all had our fair share of ups and downs and it looks like theres no end in sight.

With that said, I feel the best solution is to focus on what you CAN control...a positive attitude to live a healthy life. Its so easy to say I'm too busy to exercise or my body is telling me to rest. I've heard every excuse in the book from my nearly 20 years as a trainer.

The fact in the matter is your only hurting yourself in the long run. The older we get the more we have to leave behind, thats life but you can dictate how you will live that life in the future. Our goals may be entirely different but I'm sure the one thing we can agree on is we want to live happy and healthy! No matter what you like to do, its not possible if you don't have your health.

Here's a few tips to keep yourself accountable:

1. Write down what motivates you from the start! No one knows you better than yourself. (eg. I tend to listen to ispiration music or watch movies to help me get going.)
